On this journey as of late, I've been learning the power of breathing. With each and every breath we have the opportunity, a duty, in a sense, to pull in every last bit of spirit. To draw in and release the sacred energy that we are. To expand with all that is. Within each breath is a universe of life, love, health, and wisdom. Each breath holds the substance of existence. To harness breathing is to harness light, and to harness light is harness space and time. No distance cannot be covered. No false reality can lay claim to your mind. You are beauty. Inside and out. There is no tether.
